We present this beautiful Mediterranean mountain pasture in the Natural Park of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, a spectacular environment in which it is common to see protected fauna as well as deer, wild boar and other small game species.

The farm has 300 hectares distributed in 200 hectares with the main house and 100 hectares with a 400m2 house to be rehabilitated, each one on the side of the road.

It can be dedicated to livestock use, with a capacity for 100 heads of cattle and 200 pigs in montanera. It can also be used for hunting as a private small game reserve with secondary use of large game, with the presence of wild boars, deer, partridges, turtle doves in summer and thrush in summer. Finally, it currently has 22,000 cork oaks planted in 1994 that produce 1,200 quintals of cork.

It is lane with more than 17 km of roads that are distributed over the entire surface of the mountain, of compacted natural earth in perfect condition and in constant maintenance.

Its main farmhouse is accessed through a short 300-meter lane from the road. It has 349m2 distributed over two floors, heated, with several fireplaces, a 104m2 ground floor terrace, covered porch, interior patio and a pool in the front area. Annex is a garage / workshop of 100m2.

It also has a 159m2 guardhouse, a 69m2 tool shed, a 270m2 warehouse, 28m2 of boxes and a 120m2 storage for pigs.
